Exmoor Beast
What a pig of a morning. Just had a right fiasco getting the 110s handbrake apart, theres a bit of wear on the transfer output flange so the damn bolts are rotating making it a caper and a half getting the propshaft off the handbrake drum. So do I do the sensible thing and replace the flange (Part no anyone?) ot use 4 split washers/locktite or something and try and bodge it? western
Here you go Will, maybe the big circlip has broken or isn't holding the bolt heads tight enough.
Les Henson
It's possible that the original bolts have been replaced at some time in the past with rubbish ones. It's likely that you'll omly need to fit new bolts - just make sure they are the right ones. Les.
TheRecklessEngineer
Assuming it is an LT230 (can't imagine it otherwise...) I have a spare flange or two here - used, but known good. Well...the bolts didn't rotate. Yours for a forum donation.
