errol209
*cough* Sounds nasty that, Bowie, hope it clears up ! You can have 1.95MB of images on a post, but that is just one 2-megapixel-digital-camera shot only That or compress the bejeesus out of your pictures! western
or create a photobucket account & just link them from there.
LandyManLuke
or create a photobucket account & just link them from there. Which is a great way to leave a post with a load of red Xs in it, if your account gets lost, expires etc etc. At least uploading to the forum puts the file on the forum's server, so it's less likely to get lost. Uploading large photo files is a waste of time and bandwidth, for both you, the forum, and the other members. It's far more efficient to resize pictures before uploading them, there are plenty of free programs that will do this for you, Microsoft even have a free one that integrates itself with your right click menu, so you can just click on any image file, right click, and resize. very convenient. Les Henson
Forget photobucket, this website has a gallery where you can upload pictures and you're mistakes will be preserved forever Les.
