Phillis
Anyone know how to change 90 door lock barrels? cheers
oakesy
If it the bust lock type then find a pin hole and use a fine drill or hammer a nail to release the locking pin. Newer types push button there is a screw at the back of the lock. remove door card and look at the levers connecting to the lock and you will see the screw and lever. release that and the lock will loose enough to take out. kingrat
On push button handles it can be handy to drill a hole in the steel plate for the window winder mechanism in line with the screw on the back of the lock. This enables better purchase for a screwdriver on the screw.
Retroanaconda
As seen here: http://www.retroanaconda.com/landrover/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_0662.JPG Small circular hole about half-way up on the left.
LandyManLuke
A stuby screwdrive will just fit, or a hex screwdriver bit and spanner, but failing that, as above, a hole drilled in the right place always a decent screwdriver to be used.
