As long as proof of date of construction is supplied to obtain historic status. Catflap was first registered in Feb 1973, but was manufactured in Dec 1972. Les. Yes, but most are registered early in 73. But under the points system it would score very little. But it dose not say its Tax exempt, I was just pointing a mistake in the listing.
