SolihullBeast
I have fitted a full width intercooler to the discovery, and the new pipework fouls the PAS reservoir, So I am considering moving it to the other side of the radiation and simply shortening / lengthening the various pipework to fit, will this have any negative effect? or cause problems? Fluid level issues? Has anyone done this before? Cheers Sam
landy V8
just make sure you decent pipe made up for the pressure side of the pump.the return can just be cut or lengthened and the just jubilee clipped back as normal.i cut the original fittings of the other pipes and then had Pirteck swage them onto some new 4000 psi pipe.it needs to be that strong as not to split. Bowie69
Since when was the reservoir under pressure? Hose and pipe clips will be fine.

disco_al
i left mine where it was, and ran the top intercooler pipe (the one to the inlet manifold) between the two PAS pipes, holds the reservoir up nicely.
Range Rover Blues
Had to move mine to fit a 2nd battery. I found that lowering it slightly stopped a leak on the pump Other than that no, the exposed metal pipework is a cooling radiator so as long as you aren't adding any pipework that will absorb heat all should be good.
