The HG isn't hard to do if you follow the manual, only difficulty I had was getting the fuel cooler off the inlet manifold as someone had rounded off the bolt heads. Normally caused by the engineers forgetting to design a direct drive pump and adding it on after the first prototype seizes Then they get the tea lady to add one. My 3B has a gear driven oilpump, just like the camshaft and the injection pump are gear driven . No crappy belts that can snap and chains that can stretch/snap ...
