stuck Posted August 20, 2011 Share Posted August 20, 2011 Hi all, Bit of an odd question but after changing from Td5 to V8 my steering is now far too light and completely devoid of feel even with 35" tyres. Off Road Toad Posted August 21, 2011 Share Posted August 21, 2011 I noticed this when i had the engine (and the 3.9 before it) I had put it down to the significant loss of weight from the diesel engine over the front axle? I did sheer shafts on ps boxes when i had this engine, so maybe the flow is higher on the 4.6? (though probably this was due to doing challenges) Perhaps a RTC steering damper might help?
