djdexter247
Been around a while however been getting my truck up to scratch, which at present I am happy to say it is, Here is my military ex-signals defender 110, However it is pretty much totally standard apart from the 2 1/4ltr n/a diesel engine decided to develop what can only be described as no start yet sound like a bag of spanners under the rocker cover so it 'forced' me to do this... Hope to be here for a long time to come, Jase E

discomikey
2.25 diesel sound like a bag of spanners chances are its dropped a combustion chamber thing from the head. (cant remember what its called) good move anyway. i had a 2.25 diesel 110 once. terrible it was. a TDI is definately the way forward. real smart 110 too

western
a hot spot is the bit that fits into the recess in the cylinder head on indirect injection engines, these can fall out & get mashed by the piston.
