Do you need the dimensions? Looking at the manual, it is the difference in measurement you are looking at between sides of the bearing. So long as the block is tall enough, any size should do?

Aaragorn was in the process of rebuilding one of these i beleive, but he hasnt been on these forums for ages.

You just need a stepped block that is close to the bearing race to pinion hieght. Measure the hieght of the block sufaces with a depth gauge, then put your dial gauge/mag mount on the setting block and zero the dial gauge. Then put the mag mount on the pinion with the dial gauge on the brearing race. Read off the dial gauge the differance in hight between your known setting block and the pinion height... simples... unless you don't make the setting block wide enough to allow you to measure the bearing race that's the furthest away from the pinion... obviously I didn't learn that one from experience...............
