Guy110 Posted September 1, 2006 Share Posted September 1, 2006 I'm getting violent vibration when I either accelerate or go over 50mph. It was fine yesterday and started suddenly this morning. It feels if it is coming though the road wheels. I've checked the wheels and all seems fine. Doesn't appear to be any bearing problems. There is no play in either the front of rear propshaft. It's brand new and only fitted at the weekend. Would that not cause vibration though the steering wheel though? I'll check the panhard rod. Happyoldgit Posted September 1, 2006 Share Posted September 1, 2006 If it has only started since you fitted a new damper then that should be the first thing I'd look at, did you replace / disturb anything else at the same time?
