reb78
As above - can anyone reccomend a garage near Louth? Further to this thread: http://forums.lr4x4....showtopic=78990 my girlfriend is up at her mums for the weekend and it appears the D2 has sprung an oil leak. It may be the rear crank seal. She'll have to get it towed to a garage tomorrow. Famous Four or Duckworths were mentioned by the RAC man. Has anyone any experience with either? Famous Fours prices look reasonable for what they quote online (£570 for a clutch change on the TD5). Anyone have any other favourite garages in the area?? pete3000
I've used famous four for bits for years without hassle, no experience on their workshops though. Always found them polite accurate and honest with mail order and costs/timescales. Pete
bobed90
Famous Four are good but can be very very busy because of this. Definately worth it if you can get it booked in.
