dirtyninety
depends on the year of your 90 i presume, Do you know if your 90 has 10 or 24 spline axles? Some of the last 200tdi 90's (and discoverys) got sent out the factory with the later, 300tdi spec, 24 spline axles. You could, if you find your on 10spline, swap the front axle for a 24 spline unit. Retroanaconda
If your car is post-1991 then the vented calipers should fit fine. You'll obviously need a set of vented discs too. Pre-1991 it might well fit, but I'm not 100% sure. Vented front became standard fit on long-wheelbase models from 300Tdi onwards. Was an option on short-wheelbase. miketomcat
Don't forget you need 110 vented calipers as 90's had smaller calipers (the same size as discos iirc) though I think they changed later 90/110 to the same size but don't quote me on that. Retroanaconda
Yes, 1991 was the change. So almost all 200Tdi vehicles will have rationalised front calipers. From that point on all 90/110 used the same four-pot calipers and the same diameter discs in one of two width variations (vented/standard). As long as you change the disc as well to match the caliper then they are interchangeable. The above is true for the front brakes, rears are another matter and differed with the wheelbases.
