Les Henson
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - Interesting. Thanks Tony. It looks better than the Rangey conversion as you have to move the front crossmember forward 5-inches to do it. Les.
Hybrid_From_Hell
Jon W has just finished fitting PAS to his series, I'll nag him to do a post, but the basiscs were using a 6 bolt Box I gace him, the old Hybrid PAS Pipes, and a bit of fabrication and RR stuff. Going out 4x4ing topday, so will get a good 1st outing ! Nige
imspanners
Just bear in mind, you'll need a smaller steering wheel.
simonr
I'm impressed with that chaps modifications - particularly putting Toyota axle contents into rover axles. On the PAS front, I saw a conversion done with a pas box from an old volvo. It has the same arrangement as a series with the box on the end of the steering column, push rod to an idler / bell crank and another to the wheels. The nice thing was it just replaced the steering column and left the rest the same. I don't know what model of Volvo it was - but I've seen such an arrangement on one in a scrap yard - so not too old to be found. Si
