golfball4157 Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 Hi all. I'm replacing the injectors in my 300 just a quick question. I've got new washers but they seem different to the ones I've took out. The ones I've took out seem thicker so I ordered another set and they are thiner to? I'm guessing mine must have wrong ones in? Also the new ones I've got have a kind of band/ridge all way round. TSD Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 Is your 300tdi entirely standard otherwise? The South American built 2.8 Tdis have thicker plain injector washers with no ridge, and a different part number. They seem to be interchangeable though, but presumably they were change for a reason because the 2.5 they built uses the standard LR part.
