Where is the W-terminal on a 2.5NAD alternator

Recommended Posts

possibly not marked or fitted to your alternator

But if I would have how would it look?

I have 2thick brown cables and one thin black and yellow.

I would really like to know how an alternator with a W-terminal looks like? Where would it be?

depends on which alternator you want to fit it too,

a cable connected to one of the internal windins could be sorted to get the required signal, if the body is not marked then the alternator isn't fitted for a rev counter, my 100amp marrelli is & the terminal is a stud terminal on the rear face with 'W' next to it.
