Hi guys
When i was restoring my 2a over 4 yrs ago i replaced the wornout front seats with Defender ones but referbished them before fitting using the Britpart seat kits and they was great for about a year of use but have slowly lost thier stifness so have decided to go back to new std front seats but have a cubby box fitted, can i still use my cubby box with the std seats
Hi guys
Since fitting my roamerdrive just over a year ago my transfer box has leaked from the rear imput shaft seal and sump plate ( ally type ) where before the roamerdrive was fitted it didn't, i pressume with the transfer box having to use a thinner oil as specified by roamerdrive, can't think off top of my head what oil the roamerdrive uses but just wondered if anyone else on here uses ep 90 with a roamerdrive and has it caused any problems 🙂
Right as i messed up ordering the springs from Jones springs ( thought i ordered but didn't ) i ended up buying some GME rear springs which i wanted in the first place from paddocks which have now arrived and hopfully weather permitting i will fit them over the weekend 🙂
Well i tried to order from Paddocks today but couldn't work out which was Britpart or GME springs as Paddocks have updated there website again, i did send them an email last night but not heard anything so i've ordered them from Jones springs but have an 8 week lead time which means i will be busy over Crimbo 😆
I was thinking of going the same was but what i've noticed is with para's all round and carrying weight is if the back end say goes down an inch the front will lift up an inch so fitting multi leafs on the back and para's on the front it will probably do the same but not as much so i'm thinking of going back completly to multi leafs.
Had a drive to Perranporth and had a pint of Cornish rattler pear cider in the watering hole after having a full english breakie in the cafe in Perranporth as well 😁
