Done that lane myself in my then S3 88 back when i use to do green laning about 6 landy's ago, don't no if it still is but it used to be a good lane back in the 90's đ
Apperantly son's work has a load of ply boards they need rid of so son is dropping some off today so hopefully we will get it all swapped over this weekend đ
No sorry as i don't off road it but do carry a roof tent and making the back of my landy into a camping / cooking area as well so adding the weight seems to make it feel better đ
Hi guys
Well after a good think about it all we have decided to reboard it all in plywood as we got thinking about screwing stuff to the MDF like my metal detectors and stuff and think they won't stay on or become loose so before we go any further with covering the MDF we are going to use plywood âšī¸
I would just go with new clips and screws not expensive as if you need to remove the floors and or other stuff like gearbox tunnel and that nuts and bolts are a pain.
Hi guys
I struggle to see the fuel gauge at night ( S2a ) as even with the gauge lite up its very dim during the day its fine, can i buy a brighter bulb for the fuel gauge or am i better off buying an old school 52mm round gauge and fitting it somewhere on the dash please.
Probably blue box ones as each set they make is never egzackt same, when i was restoring mine over 5 yrs ago i replaced all shoes with blue box ones and had all sorts of problems, drums wouldn't fit or adjustment problems it turned out in the haynes book it said each shoe lining should be 8 1/2" long and all 8 shoes measured between 8 1/2" long to 9 1/2" long so i replaced them with almakes ones and everything was ok.
