slightly off what your asking for but might be helpful when clear plastic(any type) gets scratched use some black colour match type polish on it you'll be suprised, what you thought was so far gone as to be useless can be retrevied to useable again.

And who else do you know that's going to have problems fitting shocks under his bodywork Use the mould twice, half the cost.....
a new bonnet from tomcat is £170.38 plus postage according to there website it would cost more than that for me to make a mould and a bonnet

when i bought mine it was labled up as a 50a/h but was replacing a 90 a/h so i quiryed it and was told by barden batterys that due to the way an optima works a 50a/h is the equivalent of about 100a/h lead acid and ive never had any problem with the cca on mine

mine did the same thing if you take the output cover off thus exposeing the alloy heating fins and run it with this off this allows a better flow of air so it runs cooler so then if it runs for a lot longer then it was over heating in which case get a service kit for it do the service and it should solve the problem that what i did with mine and it's been working fine since

A mate in the trade told me a few months ago that Colway had gone bump, & his place was startingto buy Insa Turbo's in. He said the Insa build quality looked better than the Colways.
HTH
i don't think insa do the macho type pattern in my size

Would I recognise your truck then? I don't have a green 90 - just a blue Freelander and a red 109, but I do live in Gosport.
Oh yes - are you a ShireLRC member and if not, why not?
here here you might need to be a little more desriptive as a lot of us on here are from that area and green 90's are a little common and if you haven't seen fridges 109 i'll give you a clue it's the one that you could drive an mx5 under!!!!
i don't have a 90 either mines the black tomcat 100

200Tdi oil filter housing without cooler pipes.

on my tomcat (200tdi) as the rad is in the back i had the same problem so i looped a copper pipe around at the front behind the grill. at the last MOT the tester could not get the oil hot enough to do the emmisions test so i guess i've got enough cooling.
