Looking at the responce to the scorpion events on here they may be a bit short of enterants
I don't think it help's having the same class's in both series, Standard/clubman class, plus modified/unrestricted clubman???
-
didn't SiR run with one one bolt on a radius arm for a while?
I ran that around the carpark for a while
boy did that axle twist
run it on the road
no thank's!
-
'ours' are the GBR ones, we did a swap for some 4.11's,
I don't have loads of experience with them but all things being equal the lower the ratio the weaker they are so we prefer to supply them 'pegged' where possible,
and as mentioned they are reverse cut for the front,
only sold a few pairs but no failures yet !
Don't say that............

Point to the new members
The Shire marshals Pride themselves on a selfless ability to both point and laugh
WOW...... multi-tasking
-
Ill be there, ill have the week off work between the 1st round of the HW and Ultimate. Might have to fit a 1:1 transfer box to get my top speed up on the road so i can keep you in my mirrors
I think we've got the power to pass/out run you

That's interesting. Ashcroft weren't doing them when I wanted a set (too weak and not enough demand...) so I bought KAM which I've got no complaints about. GBR was an expensive option I didn't pursue.
Talk to Dave Ashcroft B)

I agree that it will be an absolutely top notch round of events. Can't knock Niel & his crew for what they bring to the sport. But please dont knock my events untill you have cause too though Nige. To all reading this thread can i just say I love our sport with a passion and to all that know me due to a no fault of mine accident that happened last year i'm unable to compete fully now, so i thought i'd put to good use my passion, experiance and conections into something hopefully good for many people. Our first Novice / Clubman event went down very well and for anybody starting out on the ladder to start entering events like the Howling Wolf and Challenger and so on events, we would endeavor to help anyone who would like to start. We all started somewhere and not everyone is in an off road click. Also any help to assist myself, Lee and Adrian in the future would be greatly appreciated. Like i said before we all start somewhere and lets keep our sport alive.
Nige i would like to invite you to my fun light hearted forum at xtremelandy. Your more than welcome as everyone else is.
Well let make one thing clear
next time you put my name on/against anything, FFS, would you at least have the decency to ask/talk to me first
as i've not agreed to help out on any scorpion/other event's next year, mainly as nobody has asked me yet. Not a very good start is it!!!

Why is it every fiddler/builder loves a new workshop/garage but within weeks it's full of carp and an extension is on the plans?
SWMBO left the washing basket in my garage because I had to concede to the washer and drier in the corner, and then she leaves the basket full of freshly tumbled dried clothers, while I was angle grinding in bliss I noticed the smoke build up, don't any of you go there especially when it's her clothes, it's like a bleedin horror story.
Result, hamering of ears, hammering of credit card to replace said burned items, and supply of time and transport to aid replacement, and thats not one trip boys!!, you wouldn't believe the amount of hassle it causes, and you would not belive how much stuff woman can get in a plastic basket (or so they say).
DON'T GO THERE, you have been warned. Keep the basket well away, make a stand at the early stages.
only you, only you ...........
-
It must have been the other one (not pauls) that was for sale a while back in awdc mag........... i nearly bought it!
