have got the same setup on my 90 and i fitted a rear recovery point from lrs http://www.lrsshop.co.uk/content/rear-recovery-hitch been fantastic so far - 6yrs on can post pic if reqd john

my fault as should of been clearer :blush: . i am now going to fit the complete engine and box from a 300 defender !!! i originally made the engine mount and mated it into the chasis but not happy with exhaust position and extending all oil pipes etc to make it fit. so have decided to abandon the lt77 box etc so was asking if the disco crossmember would fit and put the engine into the correct/factory position for a 300 tdi ?? will then fab some mounts for the engine to weld to chasis . cheers john

cheers chris . am doing a 300 tdi conversion on my 90,have made the engine mount as per tech section (fitted onto original mounts perfect ) to mate the 300 with the lt77 using original 200 chasis mounts but have decided to fit r380 gearbox as well so req gearbox crossmember crossmember. john

kirton is open this weekend !!!! and according to there website ( http://www.kirtonoffroadcentre.co.uk/ )they have opened up another side of the quarry to road legal motors !!!!!!

just fitted my console and pleasantly surprised at ease of fitting and how accessible everything is once fitted the console is fitted with there undertray storage and still doesnt interfere with the gearstick

hi harrod shame you werent up there this weekend as it was the total off road live event held at kirton off road centre www.kirtonoffroadcentre.co.uk/ it was a fantastic event check youtube for vids especially the diahatsu in 1 of the lakes sinking

went on my first event with them last year to the north yorks moors (fantastic), am going on the lakes drive on sat with them as well. the events are very well organised and superb and friendly bunch of folk. am definitely going to do more next year
