My night heater's been performing spot on for years timer set for 6:00am come out at 6:30 lovely and warm no frost Remote start the land rover with the heated seats on and i'am sorted!!!! B) B)
I have a spal kit on mine for electric windows and the central locking kit as well all works fine some minor teething troubles but all sorted now easy enough though....
Playing at the weekend now have Remote night heater, Remote worklights,Remote beacons/LED strobes,Remote start and dipped beam on remote 30sec timer...
AAAhh now that could be the problem a fully loaded renault premium artic tipper!! though there is a loading shovel with keys in near but he's on his own and can't drive both!!
Trying to find a helpful website on the Ibex Land rover's? can you still get them is the company still going? can you get them on 110 chassis/wheelbase??
well after talking to my employer... they aren't impressed with the new organisation nobody cared for the trade stands?? and blimey was it a mud bath though it was good fun watching people use any method of getting off!! even towing a laden 130 with caravan with a disco towing an ifor williams trailer!!
I have a 300 tdi in mine with vdo gauge it sits most of the time at 90oC thrash it and it goes up to around 100 ish don't know if this is right struggling to find what temp i should expect?? looking at most trucks etc... this seems right but after spending over a grand on rebuilding the head i too am always panicking Oh and the viscous seems to cut in at 95oC is this right??
Well i agree with the lot of you the hard top was definitely better, talking to the delivery driver today and he's refusing to drive the pick up's over distance because it hurts him to much and i must admit i forgot that the problem's are character I've had land rover's since i past me test 16 years ago and still moan about them any jobs going on grumpy old men i think I'm qualified here's a piccie of me trying to fit in said vehicle's... and yes i should lay of the pie's!!
