  1. Hi dudes Has anyone seen one of these before on a 88"? - I have, and have one in my workshop on an 'aquired cant pay my bill' 11a 1969 H diesel. Does anyone know who made these things, it's not that nice to look at (has side windows - no rears) I will replace this so if anyone is interested let me know. You cant tell its fibreglass at first look, only when you get in. cheers Bade
  2. Manual on the the way - if you dont get it give me you email on this forum Cheers Bade Overdrive_Manual.pdf
  3. I agree dont go too cheap - you dont want to do it twice cheers Bade
  4. Hi Can anyone tell me or can the owner let me know the whereabouts of the above vehicle - my father owned this from new as a gamekeeper on Llanover Estate in S. Wales. I have seen this vehicle in Usk, Gwent S.Wales about 2 years ago fairly standard running one white 8 spokes, I understand its on a SORN. If anyone knows its whereabouts / owner etc. please post it up. I am interested in buying it for sentimental reasons CHEERS Baden
  5. Hi mate If the swivels are pitted and you are going in - go for the lot, change the cv's too it's so easy when you are in there. Search the sites and get the full swivel overhaul kit and buy new axle to swivel bolts (12 point ones and an extra long 14 mm combination series britool spanner from 'Prime Tools'). The new swivels are teflon coated (matt black) so dont try to find the shiny face. Try paddocks and mm 4x4 and mail order 4x4 o' yeah l.r. series are great on price /del if you have part no.s Just done mine - looking good I'll send some pics tomorrow, check the lounge I'm sure there's some info there
