  1. Hi, I did look into getting the CV's made with the ABS rings but I was advised it would reduce strength by approx 15%, I also thought that most potential purchasers would have disabled the ABS / traction anyway.
  2. Hi Jon, you are right in that KAM make more ratios than us but we don't buy our 4.11's from them, we make our own,
  3. Not confirmed as yet but between £ 400 and £ 450 / pair + VAT,
  4. Hi, Trev "Shame you don't do 4.75s to go with that. There's a few of us hoping they'll be in for Christmas." we have made them in the past but proved to be a very slow mover so we didn't make another batch, Steve "So if fitting rear ARB, keeping existing front diff and uprating half shafts and CV's all round what would you recommend? What components would I need?" Tony is dead right (except where to get the ARB from !) Dolly "What are you making your CVs from? " I was not sure whether to disclose this or not but I guess if we want people to shell out on good kit it is only fair you know what you are buying : Inner : 300M Cage : 300M Bell / stub : 4340
  5. Hi, "they had a 32 spline CV on view in a cabinet there today" Steve we are making 2 types of CV, one is the 2522 style the other 'looks' like the 32 spline later one but actually takes a larger 23 spline shaft, this means you can fit it in the later axle with the 23 spline shafts, no messing with hubs, flanges Etc. Jim, with regard to testing, it sounds like last weekend you gave then a pretty extreem workout, very encouraging. Whilst on the subject of unbreakable axles (my specialist subject at the moment !) next time your diffs are out lets give them a dose of this : http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/part_50.html Dave http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/
  6. Prices are not yet confirmed, just testing at the moment, Dave
