  1. You can get a regulator that just connects to the top of the blue gas bottles and is kind of instantaneous. Same as you get for gas heaters for the house. Most camping/caravanning shops sell them and the hose. geoff
  2. There only is one show and that is Billing. Look for a Scottish flag and come and have a tin or two with us!! geoff
  3. I've been accused of Trolling on the LRUK forum by someone called TBM. It seems I'm antagonising him because I support Billing as opposed to the other show at Newark. How sad geoff
  4. There are so many suppliers around now that they can't afford to mess people about. I do know, however that the guy who runs Beamends has been quite ill recently, hence a delay in his orders. geoff ps I've found Britcar to be excellent. http://www.brit-car.co.uk/
  5. The video on the LRM website sure is a good advert for Billing. As Chunky says, it is Billing geoff
  6. I subscribe to LRM, but only to get a discount on Billing. Now they've pulled out, I'm stuck with it till my sub runs out (roll on). I stopped reading anything that Frank Elson writes ever since he dedicated almost a whole page to how he had a flat tyre in a pub car park, and another to how he lost a spanner in his garage. geoff
  7. An even funnier clip is of the Newark Off Road Course. Was it Donald Trump who designed it?? geoff
  8. If the poles had flags on them, you could mistake it for a Golf Course, never mind an off road course. Yes, we're sticking with Billing. geoff
  9. We're going to Billing geoff
  10. Four or five of us are going from Scottish Land Rover Owner's Club geoff
  11. Can you not drill them out and retap the holes?? I snapped the first one, so my end plate is only held on by 2 bolts. They are a bit small!! geoff
  12. Hi I was toying with the idea of a Road Angel Adventurer, but the extra cost of the OS maps seems a bit steep. I'm using a Tom Tom 1 XL now, great for navigating round Britain's roads, but not so good for green laning in Scotland. Geoff
