Why do you want to change the air filter, what do you perceive to be the benefit? Â Which 200tdi do you have fitted, defender or disco? stick up some picks if you can. My Ibex has the air filter on the off side as I couldn't get to the side of the vehicle for a snorkel on the n/side. My Ibex has the air filter on the off side as I couldn't get to the side of the vehicle for a snorkel on the n/side.  Can’t say what the original engine was but when my dad first got it in 2005 it was a 6 cylinder Nissan non turbo then he had the 200 tdi disco engine fitted, the air filter housing was in the n/s inner wing held in by cable ties (yes bodged by whom ever fitted the 200) last time I changed an air filter on it was a pain to get out if it’s on top of engine like the 300 lot easier to replace. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ibex94 Posted June 26, 2023 Share Posted June 26, 2023 Can’t remember the manufacturer of my filter but it’s the same as they use on the Wolf and I could get all the hoses to point in the right direction and get it under the bonnet. as Fridgefreezer say if it fits…..
