I would like to put in an ATB from Ashcroft together with their halfshafts (I have both) but keep the original ring and pinion Question: I need a spacer ring to do this but which one? Bowie69 Posted 14 hours ago Share Posted 14 hours ago I would just ask Ashcroft what you need -they have a spacer ring on their website which allows you to fit the earlier ring to the later centre, there is only one size AFAIK. TBH, for the extra cost I would just go with their HD R&P otherwise when the series ring/pinion lets go and smashes your nice ATB to bits you end up with a very large repair bill -their HD R&P set won't fail unless you are doing something really, really stupid.
