DefcoL Posted July 24, 2007 Share Posted July 24, 2007 Hi all.... think I now have all parts needed to change from my man/box to Auto.... auto box with 1.2:1 transfer box, conversion plate, flexy plate T/converter oil cooler with pipes, shift cowling the auto came out of a 300tdi so am assuming that it will be a straight swop. Pete Attryde Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 My 120,000+ miles 300TDi Discovery Auto was EDC and now is on a mechanical pump (which is only very mildly tweaked) and a 1.2:1 tbox (but only 30" tyres) and that goes pretty well (certainly no worse than when it was EDC) so I would say that if yours has been tweaked that much it will go pretty well.
