blz6662
Hi here we go, another weird one. Has anyone swopped a steel sunroof and cartridge for a glass one. Are all factory sunroofs the same size? I've got the chance of a complete glass sunroof and cartridge, my steel one is ok doesnt leak but is minging inside and just showing the foam backing. I have been told that it possible it wont fit and need to change the whole roof - dont have a problem with that as the roof is coming off to do the rusty top rail - Has any one got a good roof that HAD a glass sunroof? cheers in advance again Baden

ThreeSheds
wanna complete roof without the hole? I do - but I am guessing yours will be too far away from Leeds... On the glass vs steel ones - I heard somewhere that they don't fit - unfortunately I don't remember the source...

V8david
Hi, sorry to nose in mate, how hard is it to take the roof off? I assume you're talking about a classic? They just bolted/riveted on then? Cheers
wolfie
The roof is just bolted on, lots of bolts all the way round the edge. And also stuck down with a sealer all the way round to make it water tight so will need prising off
