alan kemp
Went over to Ireland over the weekend to do the 3 Peaks Challenge. Superb event, although not a competition as such, its great fun. 91 OR 97 cars were there in teams of 4. Rarely did we see another team in 2 full days on the mountains. They have an awful lot of ground to set out. Its well run, great fun and superb craic. A few pictures that JennyB took of our team "Team Portal". steffUK
What a great weekend, thanks to Munster 4x4 and specially jimmy Dean for such a great event. Also big thanks to everyone in our team, it was a real pleasure to ride with Kaz and Jim, Andy and Becky, Alan and Jenny, Bathtub and Coral and Dan my Co-driver. What agreat sport where you can enjoy a weekend with great like minded people. The new car wrked a treat. No problems apart from me learning how to drive it Dieter and the guys at D&G did a great job and it's testament to their skills and attention to detail that I couldenjoy the weekend without any trouble. I also used the new Gigglepin winch for the first time and the combination of +405 geears and the air operated freespool is just great. Defenitly will be back to Ireland!!!
