I'm up in the north of Scotland, Speyside to be exact, (where the good whisky comes from) and have 1998 300tdi 110 County, a new addition, and a 1986 NAD 90 which I have had for a few years. I certainly cant claim to be an expert, but like most Land Rover owners I have had to do my fair share of troubleshooting with some success (and a few failures) so if I can pitch in, I will.
