What to disconnect for chassis welding

Recommended Posts

I got a surge protector to clip across the battery whilst welding which filters the spikes/high voltages, it saves me having to rest all my radio codes each time I want to weld something, cost about £15 I think, saved me more than that in time alone so far.....

Something like this: http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=1...Surge-Protector
