Oil is leaking from the selctor shaft like hell, I have now got these small thingys ( see picture below) wich should be the best as far as I am told. But how do they fit wich way around ?? Or is there an even better solution to the problem? Kind regards Ole.

I used two standard "O" rings on each shaft in the end to stop the leaks. Two for each shaft will fit in the recess for the squared "O" rings that come in the gasket and seal kit. If you have the squared ones, save yourself the frustration and pitch them in the bin now.

Snagger
The o-rings go nearer the selector forks, with the white plastic washers used to pack the void between the o-rings and the steel retaining plates once fitted. I tried these with no great improvement over the original type seals. I have heard of a few people trying two o-rings togther on each rod, each person reporting success. rusty_wingnut
is the top cover matched to the gearbox? the cover has to be machined to suit the box, if not they won't seal. Mine don't leak....
tuko
Mine leak like a sieve I even siliconed the round seals in place but the oil still gets by the shaft. I'll try Ray's trick and report back. Todd.
