ciderman
Has anyone any pics or drawnings of a single fold up bed to go in the back of a Hard top 90 , I can be arsed with a roof tent and only need it for occasional use , Was thinking along the lines of tilting front passenger seat forward and hingeing down a bed from the side panel. T1G UP
Jase, I've slept in the passenger seat of my old gti many a time. Get a good recliner, and if the bulkheads been removed you could add some mud rails for a little leg room? not sure if you could actually lay out in a 90 can you? Turbocharger
Umm, Jase? Your Ninety's not a hardtop any more - but you could sell tickets to see you trying to curl up in a caged truckcab. Gymkhana event anyone?
ciderman
Damn , New there would be a problem I do like the look of your set up Stripy with the canvas , Much more cumfy than plywood .
mickeyw
I made a single bed version of the D90 style. Not sure how you would get into a double setup It is true to say the ply is not the most comfortable of surfaces, but a couple of karrimats soon sorts that.
