western Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 I bought a pair from W.E.Philips Engineering at Coalport Telford way back in March 1999, their phone number is Telford 882199, no idea if they still make the brackets or still in business & No mine aren't for sale, as at some point their going on my rear Salisbury axle.
