jad
Hi Can anyone tell me the thread size, length and torque for the fuel lift pump bolts on a 200tdi? Thanks Jad
landy V8
not without taking one out.but from memory after doing one a couple of months ago they're a 13mm head bolt about a 1" long.just nip them up as they don't need clamping with any major force. Phil Hancock
They are socket head cap screws on ours rather than hex head. 16 to 20.6Lbs/ft or 22 to 28nm in my book

jad
Does the bolt size change whether or not you have the spacer plate? Cheers Jad
Phil Hancock
200Tdi with its proper alloy mounting plate has no spacer, that is supplied for when the mounting plate is the thinner cast iron type. The spacer is 3/8" thick.
