moonie
I've decided on BFG ATs for my freelander. The worn out road tyres fitted at the mo are 215/65R16 I've had a look on the BFG web site and they only do 215/70 2 questions. Will they fit OK . Do all BFG tyres only have the white letters on one side. (IMHO the white letters showing looks a bit 'knobby')
Quagmire
You can get BFG's with or without the white lettering. I have white lettering out on my 90.
Blippie
215/70 should fit Freelander 1 with no problems. Cheers Blippie (also with white writing out!)
Mathias
Had 215/70's fitted with letters out on my 04 freebie as well last week ;-) Here is a pic with the modular steel wheels as well, my excuses for the dirty car
V8CAMEL
White letters are on one side only. You decide of you want to show them or not Size is fine on standard Freelander
garrycol
I had BFG ATs 225/70R16 on my FL1. You can have white letters in or out. As you can see no clearance issues
