Fedima F power

biggles

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have a set of 35 x 10.5 x 16.

They actually measure 33 x 10.5 x 16 so there more like a 285/75/16 kind of height but in 10.5 inch width.

They haven't been tested off road yet as we're trying to get them balanced for on road use. We've added balancing beads, but there's still wobble at 60mph. I know there a big tyre and are remoulds but still it would be good if they were a bit more civilised on the road!

Thanks for that, fedima must have a thing about 35 inch tyres not being 35 inches. Be interested to know if you sort out the balancing problem, as that would put me off them, wouldn't have thought a 33x10.5 would take that much to balance?

I looked at them when they were first advertised, spoke to the importer who had been told they were on the same origional tyre as the sirocco's so would likely end up about 36" diameter. I put off ordering any until he actually had some in front of him and had personnally put a tape measure across one. Glad I did, he gave me a ring when they came in and was not happy that they were so much undersize (apparently the tyre size regulations are pretty loose and even more so for remoulds so these and the sirocco's both comply with the nominal 35" size even though they are nearly 4" different!).

I didn't order any in the end as there are other 33" tyres about.

Still after a 35x10.5x16 tyre with something less agressive than a simex style tread (12.5" width is to wide for some of the lanes round here).

Same problem I've got with lanes, why I was after another set of tyres with a width of 10.5, simex silverstone are a tad to aggressive, from what I can find out there does not seem to be a 35 inch m/t tyre in a 10.5 width, tho I stand to be corrected

Not sure why those tyres have been listed??.

Both good tyres but neither available in 35 10.5 16 sizes.

Finding 33 inch tyres or 35 inches tyres which are 12.5 inches wide is easy, the problem is trying to find a tyre in 35 10.5 16 (or similar) in anything other than a simex or similarly agressive tread pattern.

What I said, there does not seem to be a 35x10.5 either 15 or 16, I seem to recall swampers came in a 34 10.5 and I'm sure jungle Trekkers had a 34 10.5, neither of which you seem to be able to get anymore, and the stt is pants in any flavour

dont think jungles trekkers did a 10.5, only 12.5 - only the ET was 10.5 i think

Toyo open country mt do a 35.11.5 - but not found any other 'normal' mud terrains of that size, other than simex(alikes)
