This applies to even the smallest alteration as the proposal is written in short but inflexible form. How many inj the population at large have heard of this, and so how much opposition is there likely to be? Now is a good time to write to your MPs and MEPs. The only difference that here laws are to be broken and abused, and no one ever seems to enforce them, so i might be safe for a little while................. Snagger Posted August 28, 2012 Author Share Posted August 28, 2012 Well, the EU is a farce anyway, and the Euro is just a disaster that all countries should get out of - the lazy, corrupt bankrupt south is dragging the north into unbridled debt and none of the politicians want to admit the project was ill-conceived and badly administered from the start. Their egos are considered more important than the economic futures of any of the European states. The level of taxes waster on pointless bureaucracy and meddling, and the number of stupid laws passed which have achieved the opposite of what was intended is reason enough to shut down the entire EU assembly and go back to independent nations who just try to get along nicely. By the way, those comments are aimed at the political cultures of the nations, not at each individual citizen, before anyone feels I am trying to insult them!
