teabag
There was no such thing listed in the UK for the D1 and I doubt for the D2. Now days new vehicles including LRs has a "pack" listed in the option list, winter pack is one, it could be heated windscreen, heated washers , heated external mirrors on some makes, others I've seen are comfort pack, town pack and smokers pack, no doubt a few more can be added to the list. May be ... Bin = Have been
gavfurn
Lol yeah bin = have been So there's nothing to do with an extra battery then, is that just a "mod" people do to run extra things of it eg spot lights winch etc, t
JeffR
The most obvious was the Rust Pack that came as standard......
Snagger
On the Defender, the winter pack comprises heated seats and windscreen. The options on your list seem likely for the Discovery - my RRC has heated washers and wing mirrors, both which appear the same type as on Discovery 1 and 2, and I later added a heated screen that is the same as used on 300Tdi D1s and D2s. The seat heating was a Vogue SE and a Discovery ES fit. An extra battery seems unlikely, though not impossible. If you use a Webasto heater, you'd be wise to have a second battery.
