Keeper96
Hi guys Is there an easier way to change the washer jet than having to remove the entire dash board? Cheers
vulcan bomber
you should be able to change it with just top part of the dash removed.
Mutley
If you have small hands it has been suggested it can be done by removing the ashtray on top of the dash and accessing it from there? Not done it my self as have big hands opted to remove dash not that big a job really and saved alot of grief, can see what you are doing rather than by feel. Hope this helps cheers Mutley
paulnb57
Remove the whole top pad, its still a fiddle, but the whole dash need not be removed....getting the nut started pn the thread is a pain as it is easy to cross thread it, but patience and perseverence pays off.....
Keeper96
Cheers guys, this is the second time I've done it in a year to the day almost. The ash tray is a no go so looks like the dash top is coming out again haha. Cheers Jamie
Disco-Ron
Ideally a two person job..... one to hold the jet and one to deal with the nut!
stuck
Treat yourself to one of the Megasquirt wash / wipe upgrades . You can remove the existing washer jet by giving it a sharp sideways tap with a hammer. New kit can then be fitted by removing nothing more than the ash tray. After 15 mins work you end up with washers that actually work.

Disco-Ron
Davie. Try wrapping the washer pipe around the heater pipes. And remove the one way valve...... The pipes won't freeze and you will get a modicum of warmth in the water.
