FridgeFreezer
Bit lazy as I could take a trip to the shed, dismantle some stuff, get covered in oil, get the thread ID kit out, etc.... or I could ask here and hope someone might know the answer I'm after the pipe thread types for the Defender 6-bolt (Gemma heavy duty) PAS box and Range Rover P38 V8 (ZF) PAS pump. I did try searching, honest, but couldn't find anything previously posted.
western
don't know the thread size/type but a Gemmer 6 bolt is same thread as the Adwest 4 bolt PAS connections.
mickeyw
+1 Swapped my 6 bolt box to a 4 bolt box. Same pipes fitted both boxes.
Maverik
I remember trying to trace this a while back, never really reached a conclusion other than they looked very similar to a jic type fitting. I ended up re using the fittings from some old power steering pipes utilising a olive compression fitting to mate up the bit with the fitting to the new pipes. FridgeFreezer
Cheers guys, at least that confirms it's the same as others. I'll badger the guys at Hyphose, they're pretty good at this (and used to it by now...)
