mcc1979ian
Ok so now the V8 is finally installed im thinking of upgrading my 1985 90 from solid to vented discs. Question is which calipers do i need to fit my 1985
landroversforever
I bought the caliper spacers from Zeus engineering to make my calipers fit over vented disks
miketomcat
I fitted 110 vented calipers to the ibex (disco axle) and disco vented calipers to 45 (disco axle and complete disco brake system). Mike
cackshifter
I think there isn't a lot on price between zeus spacers in rebuilt calipers and new calipers. I went for the calipers as the old ones were shot, and it was easier.
mcc1979ian
My old ones are shot so also thinking new calipers.
Adam001
Ever experienced brake fade? I have good rear brakes so never have, so I left mine non-vented considering they are exactly the same in regards to stopping power :-) I might consider it next time my pistons, discs and pads need doing anyway but personally I would save the pennies.
