Todays work then. I made a template for my new arches, and offered it up: And cut it out: And offered the arch up: Not enough clearance so template back on: Cut again: And offered the arch back up: Thats better, so cut the other side out: Rivetted it on: Otherside ready: Carrying on: And trimmed the edges: Onto the rear: And the trimming: Ran out of discs so ill get back to it another day. So instead i upgraded the Vectras spare wheel: TIP: dont grind your finger otherwise you end up with vagina finger syndrome: More another day....

Is that a yes they do come without the vinyl covering?

Do defender dash's come in plastic only? mine has vinyl on it but i want it flocked. Local friend of a friend does it...

I vote fit the guard and loose the bullbars.... Id rather smash a light and drive home instead of bend the steering and get a lift home....

I have a set of 4 arches to go on my Disco next week, Whos done it and do you have any guidance/a how 2 in doing it. I know it sounds simple but id like to check before i go for it. Cheers

Dont know if this helps but my sender had corroded where the metal pipes go into it and it was sucking in air. Wiggled them and they snapped. Same issue, woulndt rev....

Yeah ive been using CBs for over 10 years now and used most of the companies going but never seen a mount the same as above with a 239 fitting...

I could really do with a 239 version of that mount instead of a 3/8s
