All, Little challenge for you, can anyone name what part i am looking for. On the pic just above the bumper you can see where the radiator is, i was under the impression it was called a slam panel but having search for that it is not what i am after, so anyone an ideas.

Sorry Jim i would beg to differ, Military people do have the authority to stop civvies on a byway if it runs through a military area. RAF Halton is a good example as it has public byways running right through its camp

Having justr undertaken Guard training ( you have to do it every 3 months so you are legal), you can point your weapon at a Civvy should you suspect them of undertaking or about to undertake an act that is likely to cause harm to human life. They were more than likely on a training exercise and the road you were on ran right through it, (byelaws are great).

Was going to say you might want to be carefull with it as i am sure you do need a lience and just be carefull when you put it on that there is no damage to the car
