when I took mine out it was very easy, make sure you remover the filler strip and use a bit of soapy water Russ

why do you need to remove the headlining? you can remove your sunroof without taking out the headlining

well gents its been raining most weekends, so not much done completly rebushed the suspension (thanks to landrover598) rebuilt rear cross member fitted guardian rear bumper fitted -2" rear shock mounts fitted new rear shocks fitted axle breathers made some heavy duty cills/rockslider

first off, is it an alloy or steel? if its a steel you could try heating with a gas axe then hammering it back into shape, then I would use it as a spare if thats possible.# had to do it with one of mine, but it was no where near that bad Russ

guage shows empty even though there is about 20 ltr in the tank, the empty warning light is on too. Any ideas
