What age is the FL2? Could it be a suspension or drive train bush?

Go on get the Freelander... Much better choice in my opinion.

Its possible that the filter is blocked.... But get it on a diagnostic to read off the error code.

Have you tried e-bay? Or a main dealer?

If fuel = good spark = good sensors = good That leaves Air = ? Is the AFM working? Compression = ? Have you tested the engine? Exhaust = ? Is the exhaust blocked? Fault Codes = Is the engine management light on?

Is there fuel in it? When was the fuel filter last changed? Is there spark from each cylinder? As said above take them and see if they are sparking.

I am not a member but i have been toying with the idea of joining. Has the members magazine always been like this, or was it better in the past? How often does the magazine come out?

I hate insurers... They all rip you off.... everyone will do at some point! In the post apocalyptic world insurance will be of no use to mankind and therefore these people should die... For once i do agree that it requires the monopolies commission looking into because it is very unfair.

You need to find some with the little holes round the wheel body. These are for the >2001 onwards models.

The other Land Rover models do not fit the Freelander. The later spec "Sport" models had some nice 17" alloy wheel options.

Whats wrong with just replacing the auto box?

Goodyear A/T is a good choice. With a different tyre in each corner the diameter of each will be different and that will strain the 4x4 system. You can always do the tippex test to check the vcu. Have you heard of it?
