reb78 Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 Is it something to do with lapping in valves? Attach to a drill and the sucker on the valve head? The centre portion seems to be a clutch that stops spinning if you put too much pressure on it. It was in a box of tools that someone gave me.
