GregK
Hi to all. First post after many years away from the forum. I have just bought a series 3 SWB believed to be x military or at least many things point to it . [I have yet to see in the flesh] It has what it looks to me a s3 bulkhead with s2 clocks grafted in the middle, please see attached pictures. Unfortunately I haven't picked it up yet so this is all I have to go on. Is it a S3 bulkhead ? Thanks.
Bowie69
S3 lightweights had the S2 clocks arrangement like that too, and the S2 heater. So, it is quite possible the other military S3s had the same..
steve b
Looks like a S3 BH to me , the steering column lock suggests civilian steering box . Do you have any pics of the screen pivots on the outside ? cheers Steve b
GregK
Thanks Bowie. This is Interesting as I never seen that arrangement before. Mine has a S3 heater blower by N/S wing.

The bulkhead and steering column are standard SIII, which would also be the same on MoD vehicles. The only difference would be wiring and the lack of steering lock on a SIII column (the column itself and the trim being the same as civilian vehicles).
