JST Posted January 9, 2008 Share Posted January 9, 2008 4x4Adventures Winch Challenge Sat 23 Feb In association with OEC International and X-Eng we are launching the series with our first winch challenge at the Bampton Site. Various venues will be used with interlocking sections. Competitors will be issued with a map, along with vehicle numbers and timings at scrutineering (0830 to 0900). The competition will consist of upto 40 punches that will be scored per class, decreasing in value the more vehicles that achieve the punch. There may be some extra bonus special stages. We will be running 3 classes as described in our rules and reg here: rules and Regs The challenge must be pre-entered, that is paperwork and payment returned to us in order to guarantee your place. Yes Steve It's the one where I broke my stearing box and my fellow club members kept driving past us as we tried to get out of the woods and we were rescued by some really helpful people from over the bridge, who I am now glad to call my friends Cheers Steve.
