Jon White Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 I do this by starting with a flat piece, tack welding at the end, tapping it round a littl with a hammer, tack welding it a bit further down, tapping it round a bit more etc etc etc...... With care and practice you can get a nice smooth curve. Get it wrong and you tend to get kinks rather thana smooth cure. This is how I did the ends of my bumper, and it looks fine!
